This application has been filed for correction of certain typographical errors made in the order dated 06.03.2017 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7794 of 2014. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there are typographical errors in 3rd and 4th line of paragraph 3 of the aforementioned order dated 06.03.2017. He contended that in the 3rd line, in place of '1988', '1987' has been typed and in the 4th line, in place of '2010', '2007' has been typed. Learned counsel for the State raises no objection to

Patna High Court MJC No.1210 of 2017 (3) dt.05-07-2017 2/2 the aforesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the submission made above, in the 3rd line of paragraph 3 of the aforementioned order dated 06.03.2017 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7794 of 2014, the year '1987' shall be read as '1988' and in the 4th line of paragraph 3 of the aforementioned order, the year '2007' shall be read as '2010'. The MJC application stands allowed.
