No.49261 of 2017, on the ground that the petitioner could not arrange the stipulated amount within the prescribed time so he failed to surrender in accordance with the direction given in the said order and as such further four weeks time be extended. Heard.

Considering the prayer of the petitioner, further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to pay Rs. 34,000/- by way of first installment to the complainant and to surrender in the court below and then he shall be released on provisional bail as per the terms and conditions of the order dated 11.01.2018 passed in Cr.
