The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sonepur P.S. case No. 442 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant alleged that on 19.10.2015 while he was on his door, Bachhu Rai and other accused persons, including the petitioner, came and claimed their share in the land. The accused persons also assaulted him. It is further alleged that on the order of Neelam Devi, the petitioner fired which hit on the finger of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on 19.10.2015 but the FIR was lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17910 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 on 01.11.2015 but it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that it was he who fired causing injury in the finger of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
