1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner prays for anticipatory bail in a case registered under Sections 143, 149, 342 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is only of causing obstruction to the public road along with 40-50 unknown persons on account of protesting against the transfer of the head of the police Out Post. It is further submitted that although initially the petitioner and others did not disperse but when the police officer, the informant, B.D.O. and others persuaded them, they dispersed. It is also submitted that there is no allegation of any brick batting or damage caused to the public property by the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43268 of 2015 (2) dt.04-11-2015 On a consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner, Shambhu Singh alias Shambhu Prasad Singh, in the event of his arrest/surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No.153 of 2015, subject to the other conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ramesh Kumar Datta, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
