In the instant petition, petitioner has not questioned the validity of his transfer from Chiraiya to Kalyanpur, which is about 40 km. Therefore, it is not appropriate for this Court to entertain the present petition.

At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has certain domestic difficulty, if it is so, he is permitted to make detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18880 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 concerned authority. The concerned authority will examine the petitioner's representation and take a decision. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
