2 Inspite of repeated calls, no one has appeared for the appellant. Shri Sanjay Kumar, learned counsel for the Union of India is present.

3 Having gone through the records and the order of the learned Single Judge, we are not inclined to interfere. The CRPF

Patna High Court LPA No.1569 of 2012 dt.08-12-2015 Medical Board and the Appellate Medical Review Board both concurred that the appellant was not medically fit for recruitment contrary to the averment by the appellant that the Review Medical Board had found him fit.

4 In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to interfere. This appeal is dismissed.
