The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/326/307/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Three persons on a motorcycle allegedly fired on the informant, at about 11:00 PM, when the informant was on the way back to his house. Out of three, Sipu Singh of village Bhalui was identified and one person of village Ghordiha could not be identified.

Submission is that the petitioner is of village Trilokpur. He is in custody since 10.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already closed. The petitioner was never put on Test

Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No.103 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
