ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 21-04-2016 This revision application has been filed against the order dated 26.05.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Maintenance Case No.26 of 2011 by which a sum of `4,500/- (four thousand five hundred) was granted as maintenance to the Petitioner.

Having heard the counsel for the parties, I do not see any justification for interference in the amount fixed by the Court below.

The application is dismissed.

However, the Court below shall ensure that the Opposite Party No.2 regularly pays the amount failing which he shall take stringent steps against him.
