This application has been preferred for setting aside the order dated 04.01.2018 passed in Cr. Appeal No. 3291 of 2017 (S.J.), whereby the appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Reason for non-appearance in the aforesaid Cr.Appeal is explained in the petition. Hence, the dismissal of Cr.Appeal is hereby set aside and accordingly Cr. Appeal No. 3291 of 2017 is restored to its original file.

The restoration application stands allowed.
