It appears that this Court has issued notices dated 28.09.2015 but issue of maintainability of Misc. Case No. 2385 of 2015 was kept open.

Counsel for the other side submits that against the order of D.R.T., an appeal has been filed before the Appellate Authority, Allahabad and the present petitioner has also entered appearance. In such view of the matter, the petitioner wants to withdraw this application. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
