The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S.Case No.21 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR so far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation that he assaulted by rod to Ashok Yadav and the impugned order shows that the injuries are grievous in nature on head.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted and the complainant case has also been filed from the petitioner's side. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of injuries which are

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49268 of 2019(3) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 found to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
