2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act- 2016.

3 . Prosecution case is that 686.16 liters foreign liquor were recovered from different vehicles.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that the huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from different vehicles and petitioner is registered owner of one of the

6. Considering the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicles in question of which petitioner is registered owner of one of the vehicles, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
