Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 registered under Sections 341,323,354,379,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons tried to tease the sister of the informant and when the informant opposed the accused persons assaulted him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is named accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52725 of 2016 (4) dt.09-02-2017 2/2 and there is direct allegation against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U
