The petitioners apprehend their arrest in N.T.P.C. Khaira P.S. case No. 36 of 2016 under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that petitioners and others came and assaulted him and others. Vishnu Kant, petitioner No.3, is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Tangi. Other accused persons are also alleged to have assaulted the informant with Lathi. There is a counter version. The informant got as many as six injuries but all injuries are laceration and abrasion and simple in nature. Priya Devi got bruise on her left fore arm. Considering the fact that there is case and counter case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49901 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 on account of land dispute some scuffle took place and informant and his wife got simple injuries, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Aurangabad in N.T.P.C.
