Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 138/2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the I.P.C. and 8 of POCSO Act. The prosecution case, in brief, is that on 10.05.2022 at about 6.30 A.M. in the morning, the niece of the informant went to Coaching but she did not return. On search, it has come to know that Ajay Sharma (petitioner) and 3-4 persons took her away with them. When the informant went to the house of this petitioner where his family said that they do not have any

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2022. He has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. She has admitted that she had left the house out of her own will and got married with this petitioner and she is happy with the conjugal life.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-VI-cum-Special Court (POCSO) Act, Nawada, in connection with Muffasil (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 138/2022.
