In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that he has taken two electric power connections under NDS-II Grade bearing Consumer A/c No. 100877351 and Service Consumer A/c No. 010104015079 in DS-2 and also taken Single Phase Electrical connection under DS-II Grade bearing Consumer I.D. No. 010104196251, Consumer A/c No. 100882820 for the same premises, one for the commercial purpose and another for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11247 of 2017 dt.13-10-2017 domestic purpose as she was running her shop in the ground floor and was residing upper parts of the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has a grievance that new meter which is electronic meter is not functioning properly and not reflecting proper reading and, time to time, she has approached to the authority concerned and also given legal notice but, the same does not yield any fruitful result, causing inconvenience to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this court directs the petitioner to file a proper application to the Executive Engineer of the area concerned who will be obliged to look into the matter and if it is found that the meter is not working properly, he will ensure replacement of the meter by a fresh and correct meter. All the actions should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
