Learned Counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner caused death of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2022 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54165 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 present case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. He is separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. He has got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the complaint case/F.I.R. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. case No.70/2021.
