3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

4. If such an application is filed before the Authority within four weeks from today, the Authority shall ensure that its order dated 17.03.2017 passed in Case No. 28 of 2015, if still holding ground and not interfered with or stayed by any superior authority/court, is implemented, in accordance with law, within two months from the date of filing of such application.
