The petitioner is in custody in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S.Case No.417 of 2018 pending in the Court of ACJM-V, Samastipur registered for an offence under Sections 120(b), 201, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the specific allegation against the petitioner that he committed murder of a girl who was living with him as wife for the last six months. When she pressurized the petitioner to marry with her, then petitioner eliminated her by pressing her neck and thereafter the dead body was thrown in the field of Kharhi (Ikari) and in the case diary also that several other witnesses have supported the prosecution case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
