Annexure-3 to the petition goes to show that petitioners filed representation before the respondent no. 3, the Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda raising their grievances but as per submission on behalf of the petitioner the aforesaid representation is still pending before the Land Acquisition Officer, Nalanda.

Learned counsel appearing for the State points out that Annexure-3 to the petition goes to show that father of petitioner no. 1 is still alive but learned counsel for the petitioners refutes the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5330 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 aforesaid submission placing this fact that father of petitioner no. 1 has already died.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of giving direction to respondent no. 3 to dispose of representation dated 23.06.2014 filed on behalf of petitioner no. 1 which has been brought on record before this court as Annexure-3, in accordance with law within three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
