The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dawath P.S.Case No. 152 of 2017, registered for the offenses punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366 (A), 376 (d), 354 (B), 509, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66 ( C ) (D) IT Act & 8 POSCO ACT.
Allegation against the petitioner is of establishing physical relationship with her and he and other accused had persons handed over to one Munna Paswan with intention to dispose of her for illicit purpose.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as per F.I.R. she is a habitual girl, having illicit relation with others.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20231 of 2018(2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. ,who opposes the prayer for bail and states that the allegations are of serious in nature. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
