JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 The petitioners have filed this petition for modification of the order dated 22.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.33672 of 2019 to extend the period of surrender of the petitioners in the court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1, Rinki Devi is the wife of petitioner no.2 and she was suffering from jaundice, therefore, petitioner no.1 as well as petitioner no.2 who was looking after his wife could not surrender in time.
