JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-11-2021 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pramod Kr. Singh, learned AC to SC 16 appearing for the State. The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 24.09.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 21918 of 2019 to the extent that the College in which the petitioner had been appointed, has been wrongly mentioned at page no. 2 of the said order dated 24.09.2021 on account of mistake having been committed by the petitioner in the writ petition itself. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present

Patna High Court MJC No.1989 of 2021(2) dt.17-11-2021 2/2 modification petition, the correct place of joining of the petitioner has been mentioned and the fact is that the petitioner had actually been appointed on the post of Assistant Professor of Veda in Juthalal Sanskrit College, Majhouliya, West Champaran vide appointment letter dated 04.07.2013.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has got no objection, in case the aforesaid correction is carried out. Accordingly, it is directed that so far as the place of appointment of the petitioner on the post of Assistant Professor of Veda is concerned, the same shall be deemed to be Juthalal Sanskrit College, Majhouliya, West Champaran. The petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 24.09.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. no. 21918 of 2019.
