Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the prosecution case is that the petitioner alongwith other 8-10 accused persons, cheated people with

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating articles have been recovered from possession of the petitioner or from the house of the petitioner rather the incriminating articles were recovered from the house of Shambhu Paswan who has already been granted bail. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by the co-accused Guddu Paswan as the associate of the crime. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2022 and the charge-sheet has already been submitted. Learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant opposed the bail of petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheikhpura, in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 139 of 2021.
