Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections-304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner is the husband, this Court is not inclined to either call for case diary or go into the merits of this case, beyond this, that the petitioner being the husband is the main accused and has to surrender and seek regular bail.

That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
