JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 308, 427, 379, 504/39 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, specific accusation against petitioner is of causing inflicting iron rod blow on the head of the informant causing head injury.

Doctor has found injury to be simple in nature. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent. Considering the same, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 201/2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
