Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baakhari (Bakhri) P.S. Case No.208 of 2015 for the offences registered under sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be cousin father-in-law of the deceased and the written report of the present case goes to show that it were husband, parents-in-law and brother-in-law, who used to torture the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44979 of 2016 (2) dt.08-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Baakhari (Bakhri) P.S. Case no. 208 of 2015 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
