2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 504, 325, 324, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sward causing grievous injury. There is a counter case also. The petitioner is in jail since 03.05.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57735 of 2024(2) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024.
