JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application as against petitioner No. 1 (Bhavnadan Sah). Permitted to be withdrawn.

It is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner No. 1.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 134/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/304(B)/120(B)/34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10823 of 2021(2) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far as other petitioners are concerned, since they are junior family members, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners No. 2, 3 and 4 (above named) be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Darbhanga, in connection with Ashok Paper Mill P.S. Case No. 134/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
