The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the wife of the informant has disappeared.

The allegation against the petitioner is that she has helped the wife of the informant in eloping.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56298 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Simari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023.
