I.A. No.2765 of 2017 stands allowed and disposed of.
Patna High Court LPA No.560 of 2017 dt.04-09-2017 2/2 During pendency of the matter before the Writ Court, we find that on 16.04.2010 in the 108th meeting of the Board certain decision was taken vide Agenda No.108/5.
That being so, we grant liberty to the petitioner to raise his claim based on the aforesaid decision of the Board afresh in accordance with law before the competent authority of the respondent- Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Ltd. and on the same being done, the respondent-Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Ltd. will take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of its presentation and communicate it to the petitioner.
