2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 379, 504 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54171 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/3 b)a, 26 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Case No. 39 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners, along with other accused persons, armed with weapons, entered into the house of the informant and attempted to kill him along with his family members. It is further alleged that petitioner no.1 assaulted with the butt of the pistol on his head, due to which he sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedents. The injuries are simple in nature.

5. Mr. J.N.Thakur, learned APP for the State, opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail fairly admitted that the injuries are simple in nature.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.Case
