Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law, aged about 70 and 65 years respectively. It is very much obvious from the First Information Report that specific allegation has been levelled against the husband of the deceased, who has already been granted the privilege of bail by this Court vide order, dated 27.09.2016, passed in Criminal Revision No. 571 of 2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49657 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the petitioners are old aged persons and also there is no direct allegation against these petitioners, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sri Pranav Kumar Bharti, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is further subject to the condition that the petitioners will cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case.
