The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 354/354A, 354B and 354D of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that there is vague allegation against the petitioner and the F.I.R. was lodged after delay of three days and, in fact, the reason for lodging such F.I.R. is that the petitioner, whose father and the brother are the registered vendor of the Hindi newspaper, went to collect monthly dues of the newspaper from the informant's husband.
Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six

Case No.474 of 2014, the above named petitioner, Dhiraj Kumar shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
