Petitioner no. 1 apprehends his arrest in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implication in the present only on suspicion. There is no direct allegation against him and he has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55522 of 2016 (4) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 committed no offence. Also no external injury has been found by the Doctor.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner no. 1, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Mashrakha P.S. Case No. 214 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
