JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60141 of 2017 by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with S. Tr. No. 227/2012, arising out of Complaint Case No. 390/2010, pending in the court of learned A.D.J.-V, Bettiah at West Champaran. The petitioner was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 11.12.2017 and furnish bail bond.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below in time and furnish bail bond. Learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15315 of 2018 (2) dt.22-03-2018 2/2 petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the petitioner could surrender in the court below and furnish bail bond. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 11.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60141 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
