ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The present modification application has been filed for correcting the father's name of petitioner Rani Bharti whose name has inadvertently been recorded in the order of anticipatory bail dated 26.6.2014 passed in connected Cr.Misc. No.17059 of 2014 as Rani Bharati, daughter of Dulendra Kumar Yadav, resident of Village-Moura Khas (Khab), instead of Rani Bhagat, wife of Dulendra Kumar Yadav, resident of Village-Moura Khas (Khab).

Considering the reasons assigned in the modification application, let the name of petitioner be corrected so as to read as "Rani Bharti, wife of Dulendra Kumar Yadav", and not

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53767 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2017 2/2 "Rani Bharati, daughter of Dulendra Kumar Yadav." Further, the time fixed for surrender in the said order dated 26.6.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No.17059 of 2014 shall run four weeks from today.

The modification application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
