Considering the fact that petitioner's appeal is pending
Patna High Court CWJC No.1592 of 2017 dt.10-07-2017 2/2 before the Tribunal and the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to recovery of the amount due during pendency of the matter before the Tribunal, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. The petitioner should approach the Tribunal where the matter is pending. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
