Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a delay of two days in making payment of last installment. If that be so, the Bank authority is directed to accept the same and must examine whether the petitioner has paid the
Patna High Court MJC No.2371 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 entire interest or not. If any money is left out under the heading for interest, the Bank authority will be at liberty to charge interest as per the direction of this Court.
