The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 143, 144, 145, 447, 498, 186, 341, 323, 353, 332, 333, 337, 338, 307, 427, 436, 511, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the death of one Amarjeet Choudhary in police custody, 10 F.I.R. named persons, including this petitioner, and 150-200 other miscreants came at the gate of police station and raised slogans against the police administration and also attacked on the police party, as a result of which, some of the constables sustained some injury and thereafter, they tried to set the police station on fire. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and

This petitioner is only alleged to be member of the unlawful assembly. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.05.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S.
