2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(B), 467, 468, 471, 342, 406, 504, 506, 149/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons fraudulently executed sale deed in favour of co-accused Parsuram Mahto.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is not the beneficiary of the land in question. As a matter of fact, it was co-accused Parsuram Mahto who executed the land of the informant and he has already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44792 of 2022.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54160 of 2023(2) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Mashrak P. S. Case No. 450 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
