2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(6), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 3, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner is alleged to have looted cash of Rs. 3,000/- and jewellery worth Rs. 60,000/- of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that due to land dispute between the parties, altercation took place between the parties. There is no allegation of overt act against petitioner and she is only alleged to have looted cash and ornaments which is absolutely ornamental in nature only to make the case grave. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Falka P. S. Case No. 01 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
