The present writ application has been preferred for quashing the FIR of Phulwari Sharif P.S. Case No. 506 of 2016 a case registered under Section 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1039 of 2017 dt.03-10-2017 2 /2 as under Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Mr. Sada Nand Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Suresh Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 8 Rabia Sultan the informant of the case submits that the parties have compromised out side the court and they are leading conjugal life. However, other criminal cases have also been registered due to matrimonial dispute between he parties. The parties are ready to get the pending criminal cases disposed of by filing withdrawal petition of the criminal cases or otherwise according to law.
In the circumstances, this writ application stands disposed of.
