No. 10198 of 2015, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 302 of 2013 and was directed to surrender within four weeks for furnishing bail bond and sureties.

In the present application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks extension of time in order to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate to furnish bail bond and sureties, as the petitioner had gone outside the State of Bihar, he could not contact his lawyer within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order dated 30.07.2015.
