Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.974 of 2015 (2) dt.24-02-2016 2/2 filed on behalf of respondent no. 3, the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, Hajipur that two of the accused persons have already been arrested and sent up for trial and for the remaining accused persons, the police are taking steps to obtain order of proclamation and attachment, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the present he would not press the application and if in future, inaction is shown on the part of the investigating agency, the petitioner may be given liberty to approach this Court.

Leave is granted.
