The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020, dated 16.07.2020, instituted for the offences under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is the brother-in-law of the husband of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no accusation against him. Merely because of his relationship with the husband of the deceased, he has

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
