JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case no. 124 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that five persons, including the petitioners, put hut in the land of the informant, when the informant made protest then Lalan Rishideo and Babulal Rishideo, petitioner No. 1 and 2, respectively pushed her on the ground and started assaulting. In the meantime, Rajanand Rishideo caused injury through Dabiya at her head on which she fell down then other accused also caused injury through fist and slaps. At that time, they also snatched her gold ornament from her person. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would

Further submission is that the alleged occurrence is took place on 22.05.2016, but F.I.R. has been lodged on 03.06.2016 after 12 days of the occurrence. Moreover, the specific allegation of caused injury on the person of the informant is against accused Rajanand Rishideo. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S.
