This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Jalley P.S. Case No. 117 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 409 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, after registering a Nidhi Company, has cheated Rs. 62 - 65 lakhs from general public and on maturity, when the money was demanded by the investors, the petitioner fled away.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
