JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 This modification petition has been filed to modify the order dated 03-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that by mistake, the father's name of petitioner No. 1 has wrongly been mentioned as "Jagdish Mahto" in place of "Bindu Mahto" in the main petition of Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015 and due to that, same mistake occurred in the cause title of the order dated 03-022015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015 by which, petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the original petition of Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015 in course of the day.

Accordingly, this modification application is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35796 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 allowed and the order dated 03-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015 is modified to the extent that name of father of petitioner No. 1 mentioned as "Jagdish Mahto" be read as "Bindu Mahto".

The time for surrender to the petitioner is extended further four weeks from today.

All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 03-02-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 289 of 2015.
