The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to make payment of family pension including the arrears since the husband of the petitioner was retired in July, 2009 from the post of Health Inspector and subsequently died on 24.05.2012. It is not in dispute that the husband of the petitioner was serving as Health Inspector in the State of Uttar Pradesh and retired from there.

The present writ application has been filed in this

Patna High Court CWJC No.9784 of 2017(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 Court only on the ground that now the petitioner resides in the State of Bihar.

In view of this Court, the writ application is absolutely misconceived. Accordingly, the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her claim before the appropriate authority.
